Zafar Dairy (Ice cream) was founded in 1979 and started producing kinds of ice cream and winter ice cream by the management of Mozaffar Jahanbakhsh Sefidi. Zafar Company is the pioneer in producing winter cone ice cream in Iran and the world. Zafar ice cream hosts branches in most cities in Iran plus, they export their products to four neighboring countries like Iraq, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, and Armenia.
About our firm
Zafar Company was activating traditionally, at the beginning. This process has been changed gradually, though, and switched over totally into a new industrial phase in 2013 and replaced the diversity of their products. Zafar Company is located in kharazmi industrial town, Khavaran Road, and produces different kinds of summertime and winter ice cream.
Using less sugar in products is the most effort of Zafar Company in their new changing and innovation system; And to distribute pure products of the best quality based on the requests of customers and their diverse favorites. The winter ice cream used to be produced traditionally and in morsels which were inappropriate when used. Therefore, for use conveniently, the team designed the cone-shaped one.
Currently, 15 members are working in the factory for producing ice cream with automatic system tools, yet we are making our efforts to increase the number of members and we will need more spacious jobs with our futuristic prospective plans. Apart from benefits from duty, we are looking forward to recruiting more employers on different projects and making jobs.
Zafar Company tries to consider customers’ favorites in total. To do so, we are going to increase the capacity of our products to have particular ice cream in each flavor in different packaging and special flavor according to the customer’s favorite. In addition, in close cooperation with the laboratory, we are trying to use less sugar. Because the usage of sugar in Iran is beyond limited, unfortunately. So, we have made our decision to use natural sugar rather than sugars and artificial food additives like glucose syrup to have a positive influence on the health of our customers.
